About Menufiver

What we build

Menufiver is a restaurant operations platform. We build the tools independent restaurants, cafes, and fast-food venues need to run their floor more efficiently: live digital menus, QR table ordering, kitchen display, stock and waste control, and operational analytics.

Everything runs in a browser. No hardware to buy, no app for guests to download, no proprietary devices at the table. A QR code, a tablet, and a wifi connection is all that is needed.

Three plans, one direction

Menufiver is structured around three plans that match how restaurants actually grow:

  • Menu — A live digital menu guests access by QR code. Sold-out toggles, daily specials, and AI menu import. From €19/month.
  • Service — Adds QR table ordering, a live staff dashboard, and a browser-based kitchen display. From €49/month.
  • Control — Adds stock inventory with par-level alerts, waste logging, and operational analytics. From €89/month.

Who we are for

We focus on independent restaurants, cafes, bakeries, snack bars, and fast-food or takeaway venues. We are not built for hotel chains, multi-outlet resort properties, or venues with complex POS replacement requirements.

If you run one or a handful of restaurant venues and need a practical system to replace paper menus, manage live orders, and keep your kitchen in sync, Menufiver is built for that.

No long commitments

Menufiver is billed monthly. There is no setup fee, no annual lock-in, and no hardware contract. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing page at any time.
